Delhi High Court stopped to build the Car Parking project at Gurudwara Rakabganj as Sarna was going to close the main entrance and had a hidden agenda to handover the main leading road to Gurudwara to Delhi govt which doesn't want to see Sikh sangat roaming on that road which leads to North block. It wants to stop movement of Sikhs there in the name of security in high profile area.
Sarna was going to handover the main road in front of gurdwara to delhi govt so that Sikh sangat may not be able to step on that road. he had a hidden plan to close this gate permanently and make a new entrance from the rounabout. The indian govt doesn't want to see the Sikhs roaming in high security zone whereas all this land of village Raisine belonged to Gurudwara Rakabganj.
It's said some land was given to gurudwara in lieu of the land taken to build Rashtrapati Bhawan (Viceroy's house) and adjoining administrative buildings of North block and south blocks. But what happened to the land given and whether is it under the DSGMC is not clear and never disclosed to Sikh sangat of Delhi.
That's also a mystery.

ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂ ਅਗੇ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵਾਰੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪਰਮ ਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਰਨਾ ਨੂ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ ਪਰ ਅਜੇ ਤਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ਼ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਈ ! ਇਸ ਦੇ ਹੋਂਸਲੇ ਵਧਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਪੰਥ ਨੂ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਤੋ ਨਵੇਂ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ! ਇਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਥ ਨੂ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਥ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਇਆਨ ਦੀ ਲੰਬੀ ਲਿਸਟ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਸਭ ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਆਪ ਜੀ ਨੂ ਹਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਮਈ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਨੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਰਕਾਬਗੰਜ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਉਸਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਨੀਂਹ ਪਥਰ ਰਖਣਾ ਹੈ-- ਇਹ ਪੰਥ ਨਾਲ ਬੜਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਧੋਖਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਭਰਪਾਈ ਬਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀ ਹੋ ਸਕੇਗੀ ! ਇਸ ਨੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਸੌਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਮੁਖ ਸੜਕ ਜੋ ਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਿਓਡੀ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਵਲ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜਾਣ ਲਈ ਮੁਖ ਰਸਤਾ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਸੜਕ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਾਰਥ ਬ੍ਲਾਕ ਜੋ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਾ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ! ਸਰਨਾ ਜੀ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਨੂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਜੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਇਹਨਾ ਨੇ ਇਕ ਪਲਾਨਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਭਾਈ ਲਖੀ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਵੰਜਾਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਖੁਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਨਵੀ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜਿਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਖੁਲਦਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਕੁਝ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਬੰਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਗੋਲ ਚੱਕਰ ਤੋ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਸੰਗਤਾ ਲਈ ਖੋਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ! ਇੰਜ ਬਾਹਰਲੀ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਣਾ - ਜਾਣਾ ਘਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਗੋਲ ਚੱਕਰ ਦੇ ਲਾਗੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨਾਕਾ ਲਾ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ ਤੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਨੂ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ !
ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਗਲ ਨੂ ਇੰਜ ਵੀ ਸਮਝ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਹੀ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਜੇ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਅੰਦਰਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਡਿਓੜੀ ਵੱਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਬਦਲ ਕੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਇੰਜ ਬਾਹਰਲੀ ਸੜਕ ਵੱਲ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਈ ਸੌਖਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਕਬਜਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਨੂ ਧਕ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ !
ਅਗੇ ਵੀ ਸਰਨਾ ਜੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਕਾਰ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਬਣੀ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ-ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂ ਵੇਚ ਚੁਕੇ ਨੇ, ੨੦੩੦ ਨੂ ਇਹ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਸਿਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ੨੦੩੦ ਵਿਚ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਦ ਵਿਚ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਆਓਨਗਿਆਂ ਓਹਨਾ ਨੂ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਦੇਣੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ,! ਇੰਜ ਇਹ ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਸਿਖ ਕੌਮ ਨਾਲ ਧੋਖਾ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ !
ਸੋ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਹਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਬਿਨਤੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿਚ ਲਿਆਵੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਨਾ ਨੂ ਸੱਦ ਕੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਵੋ, ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਲਵੋ, ਓਦੋਂ ਤਕ ਇਹ ਕਾਰ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਬਣਨ ਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਜੇ ਕਰ ਸਰਨਾ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਆਪ ਪੁਛ ਲੈਣਗੀਆਂ ਪਰ ਜੇ ਇਸਨੁ ਹੁਣ ਨਹੀ ਰੋਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਸਿਖ ਕੌਮ ਨੂ ਬੜਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਚੁਕਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਲਈ ਸਿਖ ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂ ਕਦੀ ਮਾਫ਼ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਨ ਗਿਆਂ !

Paramjit Singh Sarna has invited PM Man Mohan Singh to lay foundation stone of the Car Parking project at Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib and our PM has agreed to do so as the CAR PARKING PROJECT IS GOING TO BE PRIDE OF INDIA
Sarna has played a wicked trick with Sikhs. By inviting Prime Minister to lay foundation, he has ensured of safety on that day as Sikhs in Delhi
The Indian govt has thus interfered in Sikh religious matters by giving it's confirmation to lay foundation stone by the Prime Minister. The PM and Indian govt should have kept them away from Sikh politics and their direct interference in Sikh religion.
Jathedar Sahib of Sri Akal Takhat should take note of it and summon Sarna at once to Akal Takhat and intervene to stop the construction with immediate effect. If Sarna and DSGMC insists to go through their wicked plan, they should get voting from Sikhs in Delhi

Sarna has a plan to build a multi-floor parking at Gurudwara RakabGanj Sahib. You would be glad to hear that but the hidden plan to harm Sikh Panth and fill own pocket with extra money is his dream. He just wants to kill two birds with one arrow.
PARAMJIT SINGH SARNA- who has earlier betrayed with Sikh Panth, when he sold the Parking of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib,
How can we trust him now?
1)- By giving permission to go ahead and build a grand multi-level parking, he will please his bosses in North block, just opposite the Darshni deodi of Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib, because when the work on this project starts, the main gate on the link road to Gurudwara from roundabout to North block shall be closed and the entry shall be given at the gate at roundabout.

It will take many months or probably years as work shall be slowed down at the snails race. There will be no movement of Sikhs on that leading road to north block, hence after a few months time or less, the authorities will put a barricade and restrict the entry of public on that road. The Sikhs who roam freely on that road, shall not be allowed to step on that road outside Gurudwara Sahib.
This is an important road which ends at North block. The govt wants to take it under control but because of Gurudwara is an obstacle in their plan to takeover the control, it finds it difficult to restrict the free movement of public on that stretch of road.
2)- The higher authorities have offered a huge sum to President Sarna to work according to their plan so that the Sikh devotees may be stopped to use the present gate and the entry of Gurudwara may be opened from roundabout. Sarna ji has agreed and a drama in the name of grand parking is ready to introduce the Sikh congregation.
Thus a parking shall be constructed at the open ground in front of Lakhi Shah Vanjara hall which will cover the open space from hall to the gate and from the pakka built floor to the present office and Guru Granth Sahib Bhavan.
The Sikh devotees who shall enter from this gate at round about shall not be able to have a glimpse of the Gurudwara. Sarna shall give a logic behind this construction that it will facilitate the visitors who will attend the weddings held in halls there. The management shall be able to arrange 5-6 marriages in a day and there will no problem to park the cars.
All this is done to lure the rich section of Sikh society. He has no plan for the common and poor Sikh people. If not ask him, how many marriages of Sikh girls are held free of cost there? I am sure, no one so far.
Is Sarna not going to convert the Gurudwara into a banquet hall? Do we Sikhs need to pay him for the Sikh marriages in Gurudwara? How could he charge from Sikh families in the name of marriage of their daughters in Gurudwara? This is not a Gurudwara of a colony where in the name of maintenance and other expenditure the management charges some money but this is a historical Gurudwara which is the property of Panth and he has no authority to charge for marriages of Sikh children there.
The time is to help the parents of a Sikh girls, to provide all sort of help in marriage but by his this malicious act, Sarna puts an extra burden by charging from them. The gathering of Sikhs from both sides in a wedding offers/donates sufficient money to cover up the expenses. Then why to charge and hope to collect more money by providing more space / banquet halls to needy parents?
Sarna is a trait and works on behest of the Govt. His links with Sonia and Sheila Dixit are known to every Sikh. His this plan of Parking (which is not needed), as there are a few open places left in Delhi
So please Sarna ji, don’t play such dirty tricks. Your every move is caught and exposed. Please leave the open ground as it is and do not convert the Lakhi Shah Vanjara hall into banquet hall.
Allow the weddings of Sikh girls in premises of Gurudwara be held free of cost. Instead of charging form the parents of brides, give the bride a gift from Gurudwara which they may remember in their life and they may forever be attached with Gurudwaras.
Earlier the parking of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib was also sold to NDMC by Sarna. The deal was rejected after the uproar by the public. NDMC wanted to take this parking under its control and to charge from vehicles but this parking was built by KAR SEWA (Shram Daan) by the divited Sikhs under supervision of Baba Harbans Singh ji.
The second time he sold the hospital building built by Kar sewa at Gurudwara Bala Sahib. The purpose was to provide facility to the poor public by constructing a 300 bed hospital but Sarna made a deal with a private group of south and sold it. Now they are making it an air-conditioned hospital for the rich people whereas this hospital is constructed on the land of Gurudwara
As Sarna has cheated the Sikhs sangat of Delhi land of Gurudwara

ਮਜੇ ਦੀ ਗਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾ ਨੂ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਪੈਸੇ ਨਹੀ ਨੇ, ਚਾਰ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਨੂ ਛੇਵਾਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ ਪਰ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੋੜਾ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਨੇ?
ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੇਕ੍ਟ ੬੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਵਧ ਕੇ ੧੪੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਪੂਜਾ, ਫਿਰ ੨੪੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਗਜਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਹੀ ਇਹ ੩੩੫ ਕਰੋੜ ਪੂਜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ ਨੇ? ਇਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਕਿਥੋਂ ਆਓਣਗੇ, ਕੀ ਸਰਨਾ ਜੀ ਦਸ ਸਕਣਗੇ ? ਇਹਨਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਕੇ, ਝੋਲੀ ਚੂਕ ਮੇਮ੍ਬਰਾਂ ਨੂ ਇਨੀ ਅਕਲ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਹਿਤ ਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੇਕ੍ਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ, ਇਸ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਤੋ ਕੀ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਗੁਰੁਦੁਆਰੇ ਵਿਚ ਖੁਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਹੈ ਵੀ - ਓਸ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਬੇੜਾ ਗਰਕ ਕਰ ਦੇਣਾ, ਖੁਲੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚ ਉਂਜ ਵੀ ਨਜਰ ਨਹੀ ਆਓਂਦੀ, ਸੰਗਤਾਂ ਥੋੜਾ ਖੁਲਕੇ ਤੁਰਦੀਆਂ ਫਿਰਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ, ਕਿਸੇ ਪੁਰਬ ਵੇਲੇ ਰੌਣਕਾਂ ਲਗ ਜਾਂਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ, ਜੋ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ--ਵਾਹ ਓਏ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਦੇ? ਜਿਸ ਥਾਂ ਨੂ ਸਾਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਵਿਚ ੨-੪ ਵਾਰੀ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਣੀ ਹੈ , ਉਸ ਲਈ ਤੇ ੩੩੫ ਕਰੋੜ ਖਰਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਪਰ ਓਹ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਨਹੀ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਬਚਿਆਂ ਨੂ ਕੋਈ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਪੁਜੇ, ਕੋਈ ਕੌਮ ਨੂ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਮਿਲ ਸਕੇ---ਇਕ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਚੈਨਲ ਯਾ ਅੰਗ੍ਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਨੇਸ਼ਨਲ ਅਖਬਾਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੱਡ ਨਹੀ ਸਕਦੇ ਜਿਸਦੀ ਪੰਥ ਨੂ ਸਭ ਤੋ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ, ਚਲੇ ਹੋ ਪੈਸੇ ਦੀ ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਕਰਨ?
ਅਸਲ ਤੇ ਕੌੜਾ ਸਚ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਨੂ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਤੋ ਰੋਕਣਾ ਹੈ ਪਰ ੮੪ ਤੋ ਬਾਅਦ ਓਹ ਹੁਸਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ-ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਖੁਦ ਪੰਗਾ ਨਹੀ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀ ! ਇਸ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਓਹ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਗੁਲਾਮਾ (ਸਰਨੇ) ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਸਿਖ ਆਪਸ ਵਿਚ ਲੜ ਮਰਨ ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਉਂਗਲ ਨਾ ਚੂਕ ਸਕੇ? ਇਹ ਬੇਵਕੂਫ਼ ਸਰਨਾ ਕਲ ਨੂ ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਸੀਟ ਲੈਣ ਦੀ ਖਾਤਰ ਯਾ ਕੋਈ ਪਦਮ ਭੂਸ਼ਣ ਜਿਹਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਲੈਣ ਲਈ ਸਿਖ ਪੰਥ ਨਾਲ ਧ੍ਰੋਹ (ਧੋਖਾ) ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ! ਸਿਖੀ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਤੇ ਹੋਵ੍ਵੇਗਾ ਪਰ ਸਰਨਾ ਫਿਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਕੀ ਬਣੁ--ਇਹ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਹੈ? ਗੱਦਾਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਇਹ ਪੜ ਲਵੀਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਵੀਂ--ਸਿਖਾਂ ਨੂ ਧੋਖਾ ਦੇਣ ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ---ਇਹ ਇਕ ਗੁਰਸਿਖ ਦੀ ਤੈਨੂ ਸਲਾਹ ਹੈ---ਗੁਰੂ ਤੋ ਡਰ !
ਮੈਂ ਪੰਥ ਨੂ ਇਹ ਦਸ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਸਰਨਾ ਨੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਨੀ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਵਰਤਿਆ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਾਹਰਲਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਖ ਸੜਕ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਹੋ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ, ਅਜੇ ਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਕੁਲ ਖਰਚ ੬੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਸੀ ਜੋ ੧੫੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਬਣਿਆ, ਫਿਰ ਕਾਗਜਾਂ ਚ ਹੀ ਇਹ ੨੪੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਪੂਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਇਹ ੩੫੦ ਕਰੋੜ ਪੂਜ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ---ਇਹ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਿਥੇ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਆਪੇ ਸੋਚ ਲਵੋ.ਕੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਲ੍ਕੀਅਤ ਨੇ? ਜੇ ਨਹੀ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਇਹਨਾ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਲਈ ਫੀਸ ਕਿਓਂ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਨੇ, ਕਿਓਂ ਨਹੀ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ -ਪਿਤਾ ਨੂ ਸਹੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਹਾਲ ਮੁਫਤ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ? ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੇ ਮਾ-ਪਿਓ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਹ ਦਾ ਖਰਚ ਵੀ ਘਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਸ਼ਰਾਬ, ਮੀਟ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਮਾ-ਪਿਓ ਲਈ ਬੋਝ ਨਹੀ ਰਹਿਣ ਗਿਆਂ? ਕੀ ਸਾਨੂ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ?ਇਕ ਕੁੜੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਤੇ ੪੦੦-੫੦੦ ਬੰਦਾ ਕਠਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ, ਜੇ ਸਬ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਅਗੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਇਨਾ ਚੜਾਵਾ ਆ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰੇ ਦੀ ਬੂਕਿੰਗ ਤੋ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਏਗਾ ਫਿਰ ਵਿਆਹ ਲਈ ਮਾ-ਪਿਓ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਜੋ ਮਰਜੀ, ਆਪਣੀ ਹੈਸੀਅਤ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਦੇਣ--ਓਹ ਮੰਜੂਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ.ਇਹ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ ਜੋ ਗੁਰਦਵਾਰਾ ਰਕਾਬਗੰਜ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਚ ਬਣਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ---ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਣਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਥ ਨੂ ਧੋਖਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਬਾਹਰਲੀ ਸੜਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਾਂ ਨੂ ਓਸ ਸੜਕ ਤੇ ਤੁਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਨਾਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ---ਇਹ ਚੇਤੇ ਰਖਣਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਨਾ ...ਪੰਥ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਦਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ---ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਵੇਲਾ ਹੈ ਸਿੰਘੋ ਸ੍ਮ੍ਭ੍ਲ ਜਾਓ ਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੋ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਲਵੋ---ਨਹੀ ਤੇ ਪਛਤਾਓਣਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ--ਇਹ ਚੇਤੇ ਰਖਣਾ !
